The dinner that I made the roast for was for my wife and I and a few of our good friends last Sunday night February 15, 2009. It turned out very nice and the roast was excellent, we also had dill mashed potatoes and store bought Sara Lee chocolate cake. My wife however made Pandan to fu fa which everyone said was great. So the night went off very well with no untold events. A quick thank you to all who came and took part in our home and meals.
